Sekee FM Mechanical Flowmeters

Mechanical flowmeters are intended for measuring the volume and volumetric flow rate of diesel fuel, gasoline, liquefied gas, kerosene, crude oil, oil-water mixtures, fuel oil, and other fluids with dynamic viscosity from 1 to 1000 mPa•s at medium temperatures from -40 to +150 °C.

Mechanical flow meters can be used in liquid flow control systems across various industrial sectors, stationary process installations, ground-based mobile refueling and pumping units, and commercial metering systems on river, sea, rail, road transport, and special equipment.
The operating principle of the meters is based on the passage of liquid entering the measuring chamber through the inlet port. The liquid exerts pressure on the walls of the annular piston, and due to the pressure differential between the chamber inlet and outlet, it creates a force that moves the piston. As the piston moves through the chamber, each cycle displaces a specific volume of liquid. Each piston movement generates an electronic pulse on the electronic reader (Hall effect sensor), which has a corresponding conversion factor for the measured volume.
Mechanical flow meters Sekee FM are available in the following variants depending on the nominal bore diameter: Sekee FM5, Sekee FM10, Sekee FM16, Sekee FM20, Sekee FM26.
